I’m Jirka Vierimaa, founder of Dog Training Masterplan and the lead instructor you’ll see guiding every course we offer.
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working hands-on with more than ten thousand dogs and twenty other species. In Finland, I have created the country’s first university-level professional training program for animal trainers—a milestone that continues to shape the next generation of specialists.
At my core, I’m driven by an unrelenting passion for the science of learning. My mission is to crystallize that knowledge into clear, actionable insights and share it with you, so you and your dog can unlock your full potential together.
